Haiku Mystery

Today I received a rather cryptic haiku in an e-mail from a mysterious person;

a dramaturge reads,
crime follows ponce follows crime
women waste not time

the fallacy of human emotion & happiness

a prisoner of time, chained by memories

the warmest memories produce painful nostalgia
tragic memories produce sorrow

an ecstacy high, a burst of euphoria
the comedown, extremely uncomfortable and sheer dissapointment in yourself and everything around you

if life persists, is happiness and euphoria worth persuing?
should one attempt to constantly explore to attain some kind of median of happiness?

What's right and what's wrong is socially constructed. I try to actively participate in redefining this but social pressures seem to draw me from doing what is not advised. I want to set good examples in "bad" ways, but still meet some of the same ends, just through less conventional means. The repercussions from the condescending cookie-cutters can be painful, but maybe all i'm looking for is a bittersweet ending anyways...
